This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Synverra Pty Ltd (ACN 686 665 038) trading as Logic Weave (we, us, our) through our website at www.logicweave.io (Website). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information we handle in the course of providing services to clients is also dealt with under our Standard Terms and Conditions or Master Services Agreement, not this policy.
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, and may include your name, contact details, company, role, and information you submit through the Website or in enquiries. In the course of security and GRC engagements we may also handle technical information such as system, network, credential, vulnerability and audit information; where that information identifies an individual it is treated as personal information and protected accordingly.

We do not usually seek to collect Sensitive Information. If we do, we collect it only where necessary and with consent, or where the law allows.

We may disclose personal information to service providers, and to our personnel or subcontractors located outside Australia (including in India), who assist us in providing services and operating the Website. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles and are bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations consistent with our engagement terms.
